By registering or using TalentraX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TalentraX.
TalentraX is a digital sports scouting and networking platform that connects athletes and sports clubs. The platform allows users to create profiles, upload videos, communicate via direct messages and community chats, and discover talent.
TalentraX is a promotional service only. We do not guarantee, facilitate, or mediate any transfer, contract, employment, or professional opportunity between athletes and clubs. All communication and decisions are solely between users.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Account sharing is prohibited. TalentraX uses passwordless magic link authentication — keep your email account secure.
Athletes: Must not include website or social media links on profiles. Profile photos must be of themselves. Information must be accurate.
Clubs: Must provide legitimate club information. Social media and website links are available. Clubs are responsible for accuracy of their announcements.
Free Plan: Browse profiles and videos, 3 community messages/day, no video uploads or DMs.
Pro Plan ($20/month): Includes 1 video upload credit, unlimited DMs (athletes-clubs only), unlimited community messages, video access. Clubs get announcement posting.
Extra Video Credits: $20 per credit, no expiry, max 10-minute videos.
Feature Boost: $5 (7 days), $10 (15 days), $20 (21 days), $30 (30 days).
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button in your Account Settings (Profile → Settings → Subscription tab). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that date.
NO REFUNDS: TalentraX provides digital services that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once access is granted, no refunds are issued for:
Exception: If TalentraX terminates the platform for commercial or technical reasons, active users will receive at least 30 days notice and a proportional refund (unless their account was banned for violations).
TalentraX's total financial liability is limited to the user's last one-month subscription fee.
All content must comply with our community standards. Prohibited content includes: sexual content, hate speech, harassment, threats, spam, drug promotion, terrorism, links in messages, and contact information sharing.
3-Strike System: Each content violation results in a strike. After 3 strikes, the account is automatically locked.
Zero-Tolerance Violations (Immediate Permanent Ban, No Refund): Terrorism, child exploitation, incitement to violence, automated spam/bots.
Deleted content due to violations is archived for 1 year as evidence.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant TalentraX a license to display it on the platform. You are solely responsible for the copyright of uploaded content. Do not upload videos containing copyrighted music or third-party material without permission.

For users under 18, the account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. The parent takes full legal responsibility for the account and consents to data processing on behalf of their minor child. Both parent and athlete names must appear separately on the profile.
TalentraX does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. No refunds are issued for service interruptions.
TalentraX's total financial liability is limited to the user's last one-month subscription fee ($20). TalentraX is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
THE WEBSITE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM COMMUNICATION OUTSIDE THE PLATFORM.
TalentraX reserves the right to terminate the platform for technical or commercial reasons. Users will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Active users (not banned for violations) will receive proportional refunds.
