Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS POLICY

TalentraX provides digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. All sales are final. Once access is granted to any paid feature, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances except as explicitly stated below.

1. Pro Subscription ($20/month)

Your Pro subscription grants immediate access to all Pro features upon payment. Because digital access is provided instantly and cannot be "returned," no refunds are issued for subscription fees, including but not limited to:

  • Personal dissatisfaction with the platform
  • Unused days remaining in your billing period
  • Forgetting to cancel before the renewal date
  • Not using the features you paid for
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Technical interruptions or downtime
  • Account suspension or ban due to rule violations

2. Extra Video Credits ($20 per credit)

Video upload credits are non-refundable once purchased. Credits do not expire and are stored on your account permanently. No refund is provided for:

  • Unused credits
  • Credits consumed on videos that were later deleted due to violations
  • Account termination (credits are forfeited upon ban)

3. Feature Boost ($5 / $10 / $20 / $30)

Feature boosts are activated immediately upon purchase and run for their full duration (7, 15, 21, or 30 days). No refunds are provided for:

  • Boost purchased but not used effectively
  • Content boosted that was later removed for violations
  • Early account cancellation during boost period

4. How to Cancel (Avoid Future Charges)

To prevent future subscription renewals:

  1. Go to your Profile
  2. Click Settings
  3. Select the Subscription tab
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to Pro features until that date. You will receive a reminder email 3 days before your renewal date.

⚠️ Important: Do not contact support to cancel — use the in-app button. Support cannot process cancellations on your behalf.

5. Exception: Platform Termination

The only exception to the no-refund policy is if TalentraX terminates the platform entirely for commercial or technical reasons. In this case:

  • Active users will receive at least 30 days advance notice
  • Users with active subscriptions will receive a proportional refund for unused days
  • This exception does not apply to accounts banned for violations

6. Liability Cap

TalentraX's maximum financial liability to any user is limited to the value of their last one-month subscription fee ($20). We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages.

7. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account termination. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us first at talentraxapp@gmail.com and we will investigate.
