Copyright Policy

TalentraX respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on TalentraX infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice using the form below or by emailing talentraxapp@gmail.com.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload to TalentraX, including ensuring they have the right to upload any videos, photos, or other media. Specifically:

• Do not upload videos containing copyrighted music without permission
• Do not upload highlight reels from broadcast footage you do not own
• Do not use third-party logos, branding, or graphics without authorization

Copyright infringement may result in immediate content removal and account suspension.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification by emailing talentraxapp@gmail.com with: your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was in error, and your consent to jurisdiction of a federal court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

TalentraX will terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. No refunds are issued for terminated accounts.
